Agentic by purpose
Agents are used where judgement and language genuinely help — reading evidence, explaining a situation, drafting a motion. Not as a layer over everything because the word sells.
AgentIQ started from a practical problem rather than a technical one: Customer Success teams carry the evidence for every account in their heads, in tabs, and in each other's memory — and then have to justify decisions made from it.
Three commitments that decide what we build and, more often, what we decline to build.
Agents are used where judgement and language genuinely help — reading evidence, explaining a situation, drafting a motion. Not as a layer over everything because the word sells.
The decisions that matter are deterministic, versioned and reproducible. That is an architectural choice made early, and it is why the product can explain itself.
We are selecting design partners to test AgentIQ against real accounts, teams and workflows. Until those engagements have run, we say so rather than claiming the result.
We are early. The deterministic engine is built and tested, the Risk agent runs on it, and we are selecting a small number of design partners before general availability. We would rather you knew that from this page than find it out in the second meeting.
Three founders, and nobody between them and the product.

Understand the account. Explain the risk. Recommend the action. Keep people in control.
If you run Customer Success for a B2B SaaS company, the fastest way to judge AgentIQ is to point it at a decision you already make.
