AI and capabilities

AI agents built for the work behind Customer Success.

Each agent takes on a specific part of the account work a CS team does by hand today — reading the evidence, spotting what changed, drafting what to do next. None of them decide anything on their own.

The Risk agent is live. The other five follow on the same runtime. The deterministic engine underneath runs with or without them — if an agent is unavailable, the health score, the routing and the report are still produced.

The agents

Stated with their delivery status, so nothing here reads as available when it is not.

RiskLive

Investigates accounts showing renewal or churn risk, assembles the evidence, and states a hypothesis with what argues against it.

AdoptionPlanned

Tracks how deeply the product is used against what the account bought it for, and flags where usage is drifting.

ExpansionPlanned

Identifies accounts where usage patterns suggest genuine headroom, and what would justify the conversation.

Support IntelligencePlanned

Reads the support signal for the patterns that predict escalation. Starts from sentiment and states plainly which inputs it does not yet have, rather than inferring around them.

CS CopilotPlanned

Answers questions about an account in the CS team's own terms, with the source records attached to every answer.

Executive ReportingPlanned

Turns the portfolio's state into a summary a leadership team can read, with the numbers traceable to their definitions.

Every agent operates inside the AgentIQ governance model

An agent is not given direct reach into your customers or your systems. It works inside a set of constraints that exist whether or not the agent behaves well. Several of them limit how often it may act at all.

Data Quality Gate

Incomplete or stale inputs are caught before they can produce a confident-looking wrong answer.

Configurable logic

Thresholds, health components and playbook rules are yours to set. The engine applies them; the agent does not overrule them.

Evidence grounding

Every statement carries the source records behind it, with the system and date they came from.

Permissions

Agents see what the tenant's configuration allows them to see, and nothing across tenant boundaries.

Human approval

Actions that touch a customer wait for a person. The gate is part of the pipeline, not a preference.

Audit history

Investigation, applied policy, recommendation and approval are recorded as events, stamped with the versions in force.

Outcome gate

An agent cannot run again on the same account until the week turns over, new data arrives, and someone records what was done about the previous recommendation and what came of it. Reflection is enforced, not encouraged.

Explicit invocation

Agents run when a person asks for a run. Nothing is scheduled, and nothing runs in the background against your accounts.

Model-agnostic

The reasoning model is a replaceable component. You are not locked to one vendor's roadmap, pricing or availability.

The agents assist and coordinate. Governed logic controls operational decisions.

Judge the agent on an account you know.

We would rather show you one investigation you can argue with than six agent names you cannot check.
